Service Work & Leak Investigations

- Water intrusion may travel and appear in areas different from the actual source
- Temporary repairs are not guaranteed to resolve all issues
- Additional repairs or replacement may be required
If Southern Roofing determines that a reported issue is not caused by defective workmanship, you agree to pay for inspection, labor, and any repairs performed at standard service rates.
Authorization & Payment for Work
Work will be performed only after approval, except in emergency situations.
If work is performed:
- At your request
- To prevent further damage
- Or due to miscommunication where access was granted
You agree to pay for all labor, materials, and associated costs.
Failure to pay may result in collection actions, additional fees, and interest as permitted by law.
Emergency Services
Emergency or after-hours services may be performed to prevent further property damage.
By requesting or allowing emergency service, you agree to applicable service charges, labor, and material costs at standard rates.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including roof access, during normal business hours or as otherwise arranged.
Southern Roofing is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from:
- Unsafe conditions
- Restricted access
- Inability to access roof areas or systems
Property Conditions & Existing Damage
Southern Roofing is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or deterioration
- Hidden or concealed conditions
- Structural deficiencies
- Damage caused by other contractors or third parties
Roof systems naturally age, and failure in one area may indicate broader system issues.
Interior Damage & Contents
Southern Roofing is not responsible for:
- Interior damage
- Damage to contents, equipment, or tenant property
- Mold, mildew, or related conditions
Customers are responsible for protecting interior spaces and contents.
Weather & Acts of God
Southern Roofing is not responsible for damage or delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Storms, wind, hail, or natural disasters
- Conditions beyond our control
Warranties
Any warranties are limited to those specifically provided in a written agreement.
Manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Southern Roofing does not guarantee that any roof will remain leak-free under all conditions.
Warranty claims must follow the procedures outlined in the applicable agreement.
