1. SMS Program

Program name: Southern Roofing Co. of TN Customer Care Texts.

What we send. Service-related messages only:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling follow-ups for inspections and estimates
• Updates on a service request or project you started with us
• Replies to questions you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form at landing.srctn.com/booking-page. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier about your text or data plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, then no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again through the booking form.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email info@srctn.com or call (615) 882-4039.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and the account holder of the mobile number you enter, or have the account holder’s permission.

Your mobile information. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

2. Estimates and Services

Information on our websites is general and for reference only. An estimate, inspection report or quote is not a contract. Work begins only under a signed written agreement, and that agreement’s terms govern the work.

3. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our websites. This includes interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, or submitting false information. Content on our websites, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Southern Roofing Co. of TN or is used with permission. It may not be copied without our written consent.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our websites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or text messages.
